AlphaRNG Software Kit now includes a C wrapper API

Announcing an addition to the AlphaRNG Software Kit that now includes a C wrapper API around the C++ API. Applications written in C language can now communicate with an AlphaRNG device using AlphaRngApiCWrapper.c. The new C wrapper serves as a bridge between C programs and the C++ API.
